Yes — you're free to bring your own AV team, production crew, caterers and vendors. In-house projector, sound system and wireless mics are included at every venue.
Yes, all three venues have open, column-free floor plans that can be reconfigured with modular booths, stages or seating for exhibitions, product launches and seminars.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead for standard corporate events, and 4+ weeks for larger exhibitions or multi-day productions to confirm layout and access needs.
Yes — Edenmill, Brick Studio and Rom 8 Studio all allow direct drive-in access to the main hall, ideal for car showcases, dealer events and product launches.
Capacity depends on the venue — Edenmill is our largest hall, accommodating up to 500 pax standing, 400 pax theatre-style, or 300 pax round-table. Rom 8 Studio is our smallest, fitting up to 350 pax standing, 250 pax theatre-style, or 200 pax round-table.
Packages start from RM10,000. Final pricing depends on the venue, event date, duration and any add-ons you need — share your event details with us for a tailored quote.
